W3MM's author has provided a simple and easy to follow YouTube video detailing how to use the Mod Manager. If you need help with installing mods I suggest using The Witcher 3 Mod Manager for installing mods and Script Merger & Script Merger Unofficial Patch for resolving mod conflicts. I also use other mods that change various aspects of the game but they would be considered more cheaty and don't fit the scope of this write up.
